Amy Elias has more than 25 years experience as a marketing and public relations professional, working on behalf of companies, corporations, agencies, foundations, individuals and organizations. As President of Profiles. Amy is responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications programs clients such as the National Aquarium, The American Craft Council, the Baltimore School for the Arts, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, University of Baltimore, Enterprise Homes, and The Y of Central Maryland. Beyond strong promotional campaigns, Amy’s work on behalf of Profiles’ clients has earned national, regional and local Addy and PRSA awards.

As Vice President for Profiles, Amy manages accounts and supports the company’s business development programs. Amy generates and obtains media coverage for clients, develops and coordinates special events, and creates press materials such as releases and media advisories. Amy also develops strategic media relations plans, packages and pitches stories to the media, and develops programs for clients designed to create and maintain a favorable public image. Amy has recently begun creating and managing social media opportunities for several clients.

As Senior Account Manager for Profiles, Jamie is responsible for generating and obtaining media coverage for clients through the implementation of strategic publicity programs. From the placement of news and feature stories in daily and weekly publications and arranging on-air television coverage for Profiles’ clients to coordinating special events and creating press materials, Jamie has been highly successful in advancing client messages.

As a Senior Account Manager, Marianne is responsible for strategically generating media coverage for clients, coordinating special events, running advertising programs and creating press materials. She has great relationships with members of the media including local print, television and radio, as well as national business publications. Marianne is currently working with Chazz: A Bronx Original, the Shoshana S. Cardin School, and the Reznick Group and has worked with the the National Family Resiliency Center.

As a Junior Account Executive for Profiles, Shelly works directly with Senior Account Manager, Jamie Watt and President, Amy Elias assisting in the development of public relations campaigns, writing press materials, pitching and securing media opportunities, managing social media efforts, and coordinating special events for clients.
